Welcome to Runbag.in by Adhikary Enterprise, operating from the greater Kolkata manufacturing hub. By placing a bulk wholesale order, you agree to these B2B terms.
1. Orders & MOQ
All orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) based on the material (Jute, Maity, Rexine, Non-Woven, D-Cut). Custom printing requires written design approval before production begins.
2. Pricing, Payment & GST
Prices are subject to raw material market fluctuations. A standard advance payment is required to initiate production. All billing is strictly GST-compliant; buyers must provide a valid GSTIN.
3. Shipping Logistics
We supply Pan-India, with optimized freight routing for Karnataka and Maharashtra. Freight charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise quoted. Runbag is not liable for third-party transit delays.
4. Returns & Claims
Because our bags are custom-manufactured to your brand's specifications, we do not accept standard returns. Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted with continuous unboxing video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
